Food trucks are the hottest trend in the food world and slowly they are making their way to Charlotte. Emma, owner of Southern Cake Queen, makes an amazing cupcake! I checked out several flavors for you and am happy to report they are YUM! I personally loved the lemon.

The cupcakes are moist and the frosting is delish! I totally judge a cupcake on it’s frosting and I am happy to report this frosting gets 2 thumbs up! Best thing about cupcakes on wheels?
