At Carolina Flipz we offer year round gymnastics instruction through fun, flips, and focused attention to each of our students ranging from 6 months - 18 years within recreational instruction, AAU competition and competitive cheer. Our experienced staff is certified in USAG, AAU & USASF and coaches each child through the progressions of all gymnastics and/or cheer skills based on their level of experience. Carolina Flipz offers gymnastics, cheer, tumbling and martial arts.
At Girls on the Run we inspire girls to recognize their inner strength and celebrate what makes them one of a kind. Trained coaches lead small teams through our research-based curricula which includes dynamic discussions, activities and running games.
Over the course of the ten-week program, girls in 3rd-8th grade develop essential skills to help them navigate their worlds and establish a lifetime appreciation for health and fitness. The program culminates with the girls positively impacting their communities through a service project and being physically and emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5k event.
At Music Together we help provide your child with the basic musical skills needed to enjoy school and social musical activities in a fun, open environment. We offer 2 types of classes. Infants that are not crawling yet can join our "Babies Class." All other classes are "Mixed Age Classes" for children aged with-5 years old. Our fully trained, registered Music Together teachers lead groups of six to twelve children and their parents or caregivers (nannies, babysitters, grandparents, or relatives) in forty-five minutes of music and movement experiences.
NC Music Center offers a wide range of private lessons for all levels of piano, guitar, strings, voice and drums! Our instructors cater to the students' individual needs and provide an inspirational atmosphere. Private lessons are a great way to foster and develop responsibility, work ethic, discipline, self-esteem, and of course musical growth!

Metrolina Gymnastics is an organization that teaches gymnastics from preschool to 18 years of age. We offer boys and girls recreational classes as well as competitive teams and camps. Our gymnastics program is developed to strengthen each student physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. To prepare them not only for athletics, but also for life. Using character-building techniques, along with professional gymnastics coaching, we equip our students with the skills and the tools they need to reach their highest potential in gymnastics and in life.
Omni Montessori classrooms are designed with special materials for active, hands-on learning. Because children develop on different timelines, students are given freedom and independence to work at their own pace, with teachers providing lessons in one-on-one groups or in small groups, as well as guidance at appropriate intervals. Omni Montessori classrooms operate on three-year cycles, allowing students to form close relationships and engage in cooperative learning and mentoring roles.
