#CLTFREEWORKOUT~ Take the Kids to do This TODAY!

The summer days are long and I know you are running out of new things to do! We have the best solution! OrthoCarolina has hit the streets to bring free workouts to you! In several locations, OrthoCarolina has teamed up with #thesavageway to create fun free workouts you can follow on the sidewalk! Lunges, squats, arm circles and other easy to follow exercises make this accessible for kids of all ages. The full 6 bodyweight exercises can be completed 5 times for a full workout or run it through twice to get your younger kids moving.

4. NoDa: Charles Ave

5. Cherry: Baxter St

6. Wilmore: Abbott Park
