- I actually spent less using an agent, like a lot less
- The agents have access to the same deals that you see on big name sites
- Agents can actually score you a better deal, they have access to contacts and packages that you can't get online
- You have a support, if something goes wrong you have an actual person to call~ No call center you have a person
- They can score you some great perks at your hotels that you would not be able to get on your own
- It's not an all of nothing deal, you can use your agent for some of your trip or all of it. We wanted to stay in an apartment for one leg of our trip and we were able to do that on our own
- It's FREE! It costs you noting to hand it over to someone else
