This year we(I) decided to have an end of the school year celebration, my husband rolled his eyes at me because he knew how much work that meant for him. This year I decided to do things different. I called Angel, the owner of Children’s Party Plus to see if she did parties that were not birthday parties.  Children’s Party Plus does so much more than just birthday parties (which they do an amazing job of by the way) so I hired her on the spot!

Angel and her staff planned a slew of activities for the 20 kids ranging in age 3-9 and kept them all busy and happy. This was the first party that I have had where I did not have to work to keep the kids happy! I was able to relax and enjoy my company; my friends were able to relax and did not have kids climbing all over them. The parents at the party commented over and over how great it was to have her there to entertain the kids.

Crafts, games and water balloon races kept the kids busy and so happy! She was really like a rock star with them, even the hard to impress 7-8 year old boy set!

At the end of the afternoon, I had several friends ask for her contact information so they could have her at their parties. Children’s Party Plus is really so much more than birthday parties, to have a backyard BBQ where the parents could relax and have as much fun as the kids did was priceless!
