I finally broke down last week and hit the boot camp at my daughter's gymnastics studio. I'm not going to lie, dragging myself out of bed for a 6:15 am class was brutal. I had second thoughts several times about it but I did it, I made it to the class with the intention of just getting there. I ended up having a great workout and loved the challenge. What makes this class unique is that is it geared towards moms of all fitness levels. When you walk into a class you truly see women of all shapes, sizes and ability levels. There is nothing intimidating about the class, Chris (the coach and owner) works each and every person to their max, not a group standard. There are options, modifications for either more difficult or easier moves within each exercise and best of all, the time flies by. If you are looking for a way to see some results, have fun and get your program jump started, this is it! Find a buddy and try the classes out!  

Camps are Monday through Friday 5:30am, 6:15am, 8:15am, and 4:30pm with one camp on Saturday that is free and open to the public at 8:15am.

- Starting July 8th we will have child care at the 8:15 camp and it will only cost $10 unlimited for the month.

- We offer a Free 14 Day Test Drive of unlimited camps to anyone who would like to try us out. 

- Our train with friends program is when 6 or more people sign up together as a group and that lowers the monthly rate all the way down to $99 per month

Burn Bootcamp is Charlotte's Fit Community of Moms and Women, providing a motivating environment where we work on overall health through fitness!  Each workout is 45 minutes long and designed to burn 500 to 700 calories.  All exercises are set up so that anyone at any fitness level can finish the workout with no pressure or competition, just good people getting in shape together.
