All the savvy moms in Charlotte know that Funky Town is the hot spot for parties. Anyone who is anyone is getting their party groove on these days at Funky Town but did you know Funky Town is also home to some of the hippest classes in town. You will find no other place in town that has Glow-GA (glow in the dark yoga), Hip Hop lessons, Break Dance lessons and songwriting. This is just a small sample of the cool, creative classes at Funky Town. My boy’s have taken Hip Hop and they will start Glow-Ga tomorrow. Hip Hop has been a blast, my boys have learned cool moves and I have loved how the teachers relate so well to the kids. Funky Town has great classes for moms also! Zumba, Yoga, Belly Dance and even Hip Hop for you mama! Belly Dance is on Wed night’s from 7-8, what a great girls night out! Go take the Belly Dance class then head out for some decaf with the girls! I hear the Belly Dance class is an awesome work out, maybe that’s what I need to make baby #3 finally disappear from my hips! Funky Town even has classes for your little ones with pre-k yoga and new classes being added! At Funky Town you are not locked into any long term contracts which is awesome, at $15 a week or $59 a month you can pay for what you want to do. Morning Zumba and yoga classes are $12 a class or $40 a month! In case you have been living under a rock and don’t know about the parties at Funky Town here’s the low down! Like no other place in town, Funky Town offers Dance Parties, Wii Gaming Parties, Funky Day Spa, a Bling Party and even a Funky Hula-Hoop Party! These parties have amazing attention to detail! Funky Town covers every last detail including snacks, drinks and party favors! If you're looking for a place for your kiddos to take classes that will be like no other classes they have taken, Funky Town is the place to be!
