Pick up and delivery is seamless, I love that I received a text the day before my pick up to remind me to have the laundry, the bags are big so fill it up! I was able to get a weeks worth of laundry for 5 into my bag. I set the bag on the porch and that was it, I didn't see it again. The next day I received a text to let me know when the laundry would be dropped off. The laundry appeared folded, clean and ready to put away. I was worried that the laundry would not be the same as when I did it but it was, smelled great, folded perfectly, super clean and best of all, ready to be put away! 2ULaundry is a great solution for busy families, it was great to have something off my plate!

Here is what you need to know:
- You still have lots of control over how your laundry is done!
- 2ULaundry uses a local brand of detergent (don’t you love that they keep it local!) called Charlie’s Soap. This detergent is hypoallergenic, fragrance free and OK for sensitive skin.
- Clothes are separated into darks and lights washed in cold and dried on medium
- Want them washed in a different temperature? Want fabric softener? Need them sorted different? Just ask!
- They will adjust your wash and dry temperature per your request. When you setup your account you setup your preferences, you can change your preferences at anytime.
- Need something hang dried? They will do that!
- Dry cleaning, ironing, hang the clothes, yup they do that too!
- Want your dry cleaning or laundry picked up or dropped off at work? They will do that too!
- Need bedding washed, table clothes, sheets or blankets? Send it on!
- No hidden fees, no extra charge for folding the socks a special way or for getting grass stains out of jeans. It is all included.
