Based on the hit movie, LEGALLY BLONDE JR. the Musical is the story of Elle Woods' journey of self-discovery, as she fights stereotypes and proves that she is more than just "a blonde." Straight from the Broadway stage, LEGALLY BLONDE JR. is a fun and exciting rock-pop musical comedy, starring over 30 young singers and dancers from the Charlotte area. LEGALLY BLONDE JR. is presented by the Broadway Arts Lab Company, a New York City based nonprofit theatre arts educational organization, dedicated to bridging the gap between Broadway and young artists from all over the country. Broadway Arts Lab Company is founded and run by Broadway performers with over 15 years of real Broadway experience, sharing this valuable knowledge with novice performers who are interested in growing through the medium of the performing arts.
LEGALLY BLONDE JR. the Musical will be presented at Elevation Church, Blakeney, on Thursday, July 21st at 7pm, and Friday, July 22nd at 2pm and 6pm. This production is directed by Eddie Pendergraft, nine year veteran of WICKED on Broadway, and choreographed by Tony Mansker, original cast member of Broadway's MARY POPPINS.
