Goat in the Garden
Mix together:
12 oz fresh arugula
6 oz fresh spinach
3 oz rough chopped fresh basil
Add:
6 oz walnuts
6 oz Asian pears thinly sliced
6 oz. sliced strawberries
12 oz crumbled goat cheese
Serve with our Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette:
3 tbsp olive oil
.5 cup balsamic
.5 cup strawberry purée
