Fahrenheit: The star of brunch is not only the view but also these Cap’N Crunch Pancakes! This northern girl loves that I can find a sammie Taylor ham, egg, and cheese (we called this a Jersey). If you have not had Taylor ham, go now, order this sammie. You will thank me!

Eddies Place: A Charlotte classic, Eddies Place has pancakes so big they hang over the edge of the plate. You will not leave Eddie's hungry for sure! The price point for brunch also makes it one of the best deals in town. The breakfast burrito and the country-fried breakfast are some of the best items on the menu!

UnionCounty

Stack's Kitchen Waxhaw is one of the few diners in Charlotte that reminds me of the diners I grew going to. Huge portions, great food, and a bakery filled with Italian cookies and some tasty rainbow cookies (these are the best if you have not had them!) Don't miss the french toast and make sure you get some cookies to go! Stacks has 2 locations, one in Waxhaw and one in Matthews.
