Levine Children’s Hospital is proud to share the launch of ARISE Cancer Consortium™, a special partnership with children’s hospitals across North and South Carolina, all coming together to improve care for kids battling cancer.
What is the ARISE Cancer Consortium™?
The Alliance for Research and Innovations in Pediatric Oncology (ARISE) unites top hospitals in our area to find new treatments for pediatric cancer. This means our kids will have quicker access to cutting-edge therapies and groundbreaking clinical trials, all while staying close to home with the care they need.
What Does This Mean for Our Community?
With Levine Children’s Hospital at the heart of this effort, ARISE Cancer Consortium™ ensures that families in the Carolinas can access the latest research and treatments—without having to travel far. It means your child, a neighbor or a classmate now has a larger village of doctors caring for them through their most challenging time.

Now, instead of just one care team at one hospital, doctors and researchers across the Carolinas are working together in new ways, sharing ideas and successes to ensure our community’s kids can thrive right at home. They’ll get even more expertise and research in their care, all without the need to travel.
