Hey food enthusiasts! We’re thrilled to announce that the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market is hosting Junior Cultured Chefs every second Saturday of the month!
If you’re between the ages of 7 and 17 and have a passion for food, this is the perfect opportunity to learn more about the importance of what we eat! From farm to table and everything in between, our classes will cover it all.
Get ready for some hands-on cooking demonstrations, where you’ll learn valuable skills and techniques. You’ll also have the chance to pick out the freshest produce and taste some incredible products from our market!
Classes will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is only $30.00 per child. Parents can watch the class for free or visit with vendors and get some shopping done at the market. It is a win-win for everyone in the family.
We’re proud to have this program being offered by BB’s Homemade Krab Kakes, Chef Gillian, and Chef Aniyah. Together, we’re excited to inspire and educate the next generation of culinary talents!
